Kenny is a Director in 1060 Capital, LLC’ Consumer investment company Group and brings over 10 years of experience serving clients on transactions involving mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, financial advisory, and capital raising activities, with a specific focus on the Multi-Unit Retail industry.
Prior to joining 1060 Capital, LLC, Kenny worked for The Cypress Group, a boutique investment bank focused on transactions in the Consumer and Franchise space, including advising independent brands, franchisors, and franchisees. Prior to that he was at Morgan Stanley in the Valuation Review Group, where he advised on debt financings for corporate and middle market clients. He also served five years in the Air Force as a Financial Management Officer.
