Jonathan Adrien

Jon is a Manager within 1060 Capital, LLC’s Financial Sponsor Group where he is responsible for managing relationships with buyout, growth, and family office investors. In addition, he supports material preparation and marketing initiatives in conjunction with 1060 Capital, LLC’s sell side engagements.

Prior to joining 1060 Capital, LLC, Jon’s four years of experience in real estate private equity began in deal execution before a transition to client engagement in an investor relations function. In his previous role, Jon managed relationships with impact investors, community development teams of banking institutions and municipalities, placing debt and equity for affordable housing development projects. He was also responsible for overseeing reporting as it related to current investors and advisory board members.
